2) Prices, Payment Terms & Contract Duration
(1) To receive the necessary certificates for the respective AI hours, the user accepts the associated payment obligation by clicking on the confirmation field offered in this case. Upon purchasing one or more accesses, the certificates for the respective AI hours are issued immediately after a paid order by the system, provided the respective AI videos and multiple choice tests have been successfully completed. A paid subscription order constitutes a standing contract. The standing contract with EASY UNION LTD initially runs until the end of the year (31 December) of the current year. If the standing contract is not terminated in writing by email by the user or EASY UNION LTD at least 3 months before the respective contract end date, the standing contract automatically renews for one subsequent year at a time, beginning on 1 January and ending on 31 December. Invoicing for the following year beginning on 1 January takes place by 15 January of that year. Either contracting party may terminate the contract without stating reasons. Termination must be made by email to the official email address office@easyai.eu.
(2) The applicable fee is to be paid immediately upon purchase via one of the offered payment methods or, in the case of purchase by invoice, within 5 banking days. In the event of late payment for invoice purchases, EASY UNION LTD charges €30.– excl. VAT for the 1st reminder. From the 2nd reminder, the claim is transferred to a debt collection agency in the user's respective country. From the time of transfer to the debt collection agency, the access/accesses are blocked. EASY UNION LTD charges €80.– excl. VAT per access for the block.
EASY UNION LTD reserves the right to make appropriate price adjustments. In the event of price increases of more than 5%, the user has the right to terminate the standing contract in writing by email within two weeks with effect from the date the price increase comes into force. If the user does not terminate within this period, the price changes are deemed approved and come into effect at the earliest in the following year.
